Event Staffing and Management
Basic On-Site Management
One Coordinator is on-site for the duration of the event, performing as primary point of contact. Coordinator oversees set-up, tear-down and event activities, manages event flow, and ensure the event runs smooth. Includes one meeting with Coordinator assigned to event, to develop and confirm expectations, define dates and times needed, review timelines, staff needs, review contact lists, etc. Service may be added to any package.
Free yourself, family and friends form the hassle. Event Crews are available to set-up, tear-down, clean up and even decorate event location.

Need a few extra hands on deck. From on-site assistance during the event, to special services, we offer affordable options to provide you with the event support you need.
